3. How can I get samples?
1) Standard products: We provide free samples under 5 dollars.
2) Custom products: We charge 1-3 times the unit price (based on product specifications).
3) Shipping methods are DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, EMS or others. You need to pay for shipping.
4)Samples will be sent as soon as payment is received.
4. Could you supply the installation accessories?
Yes, we could supply appropriate installation accessories, according to the weight of the panel.
5. How is the transportation?
The transportation way is up to you. We can also recommend more economical transportation
for you!
For small batches under 30kg, express delivery (DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, EMS or others)
is commonly used.
Orders of 30-500 kg can be airlifted to your designated airport.
For large quantities or large volumes, we often use sea freight.
6. What is your preferred payment item?
Samples are paid via paypal and T/T is 100% paid.
Bulk orders: T/T 30% prepaid, the balance should be paid before shipment.
